Waltmire Pharmacy has been serving the Spring Garden, Spring Hill, Troy Hill, and Reserve Township communities for over 30 years. Donald Waltmire opened Waltmire Pharmacy on June 25, 1984 in the Shop N’ Save on Spring Garden Avenue. After the grocery store closed in 2003, Mr. Waltmire moved into the current location of 1435 Spring Garden Avenue. On July 18, 2014, Mr. Waltmire and the staffed received devastating news that the pharmacy was set on fire. Mr. Waltmire decided that was not the note he was going to retire on. Mr. Waltmire and staff worked out of a trailer for 8 months while the pharmacy was being rebuilt.

After rebuilding, Mr. Waltmire decide it was time to say goodbye. In March of 2015, Mr. Waltmire sold to Fred DePasquale. Mr. DePasquale, a native of Brookline, understood what a neighborhood pharmacy means to the community. Mr.

DePasquale and the current staff is striving to stay with the time and the big chain pharmacies but giving you a hometown welcome. The pharmacy now offers variety of services like compliance packaging, prescription sync, 180 day supply cash

program, prescription delivery, PA lottery, Marburger Dairy products, UPS Access point, and more.
